It has to be something like that. Curiously there are multiple that sold in that range so not just a one off. With plenty available for half that (still absurd) the $3k sales canโt be real. Iโm genuinely shocked that these are moving on the bay for $1500+ though. I feel like Arsham has already become a gimmick to anyone who is actually considered a real collector. Whatever though, heโs printing money for the time being and people are buying so good for him. Very short term thinking though.

Probably another 30 in the UK. Within one week of the release and people haven't even received them yet. There may be a handful of people that bought this because they LOVE the art, but those people are few and far between. The majority bought it to either flip now or flip later.

I think the hat feels pretty substantial (heavy and not made of cheap plastic). the textures from the wool hat are readily apparent in the casting. the packaging is well designed and protects the artwork well. Overall, I am happy to add it to my collection. curious if others agree. will post some pics as soon as the display arrives if folks are interested in seeing it.
