It would be good for you to keep us up to date as to what the seller does when you tell him you know them to be as genuine as an Essex sun tan. I own two genuine notes and could tell from your first picture they weren't the real deal.

I'm absolutely certain this is genuine sheet, but can't get any verification..

Would ideally like to compare to a COA'd piece...

Sure it's illegal to knowingly send fakes back in the mail by at least Ebay policy, so technically he can keep it and get a refund if it's fake. 

Ask her to authenticate properly or pick it back up in person!

QFT typically means "quoted for truth" and is used when one is in agreement with the post being quoted.

I've never seen it used, but apparently QFP is a thing, which stands for the more appropriate phrase "quoted for posterity".
