re. the weight comment, I would imagine not all the fakes were produced by the same person on the same paper from the same photocopier so they will all weigh in at plus or minus.

I haven't tried, but I'd assume it's just too easy to knock a reasonable copy of one up on a colour printer... I've wanted one for ages, but have zero confidence that I could be sure that what I had was the real deal, so I've never chanced it.

Apparently everyone on ebay "got a handfull at the carnival" or some similar story, yet somehow they are mint? don't think so.
oh - and those sellers on ebay who have envelopes with Banksy's tag - those are fake.

I've had loads of these over time, none bought from eBay - all from private deals, they used to fetch a good price and buying and selling them became a bit of a way to fund other purchases for the collection.
The bottom has fallen out of it now with all the fakes flooding eBay. Year or two ago most were genuine with the odd fake, unfortunately now it's the other way round!

I have two in a framed that I know are the real deal as the came directly from source but people only have my word on that. Out of interest does anyone know if the single notes (the ones that are torn up for Pest Control) were screened or digital and are they just trimmed up versions of the signed sheet that Banksy did?
