Hey mate - glad you like it.
It was done by Misterframeman - who you can contact on here - he is an active member. All the work he has done for me has been first class.
On these, the perspex is very thick - each piece about an inch thick, so the thing weighs a lot! It's held together with perspex cylinder pegs, so the whole thing is clear. There is even a groved out space where each note sits, so they dont slip.

I bought two a while back for < £20 knowing they were 99.9999% certainly copies, which they are because when you compare them to a real one on a COA they are very feint. They're in cheap Ikea perspex frames and look good enough for what I wanted. These will stay with me unless I get bored of them and they will then be shredded as its not appropriate to pass on a known fake

nope as they are photocopies so unlike a CD that has it's own code all that happens is any numbers on the note are copied onto the fake!

I compared it to the POA as well from one of my banksy's and it is dead on. Great piece!
watch out for the fakes out there though.

You don't see many on there, if any. I suppose people are prepared to pay a premium for the genuine article or having some kind of proof such a receipt from Santas Ghetto.

Sorry Pistol but you didn't read the correct intention of my post which was to ascertain where and how you came up with this pricing. There is far too much over-hyping and overpricing with Banksy and other artists, especially on a forum like this which the majority of times seems more interested in making a fast buck. For example check out the number of new Eine's on Ebay at present all quoting Obama. Maybe my 'making yourself out to be an expert' sentence was a little harsh. I apologies. No malice meant. And to be honest with you, I often feel the same about posting on here, have contemplated leaving many times, but enjoy a good discussion and love art which has been a part of my life since childhood. That's all it was, nothing more. Peace
