I think there were a few varying versions, from the ones sold for £10 at Santas Ghetto, which I presume were cut from the Di-faced note print to the ones thrown at Glastonbury and Notting Hill Carnival, which were photocopies/scans.
Have also seen a few dodgy ones of varying quality, be very wary when buying as there are lots of fakes out there.

sold it for about £1500 when i needed to buy a car after changing jobs, just before the LA show when prices rocketed. never mind...
as for the cartrain one - i'd guess he's not actually glued anything on to the banksy note he has, just placed it on, taken a photo and managed to get us all talking about him again.
