As has been said above already, Laz must have these clients on a list with pretty much guaranteed sales (depending on style preference etc of the pieces). And as Bailey says, they are a business after all and they wouldn't still be in existance if they weren't 'selling their wares' (as such). I think there are varying 'levels' of purchasing/selling/flipping/commissioning that goes on within the Urban/Street Art (whatever) market that not all of us are privy too. Would be interesting to find out though!!!

Even though i can't necessarily afford Laz's wares these days, i still enjoy poking my head around the door for a nose around, the work they carry can be fantastic, a cut above.

 Maybe 100k people want them, but at what price? I think if someone were foolish enough to buy into this idea of an 'investment', they would destroy the existing market and you would see these trading at £3-4 ea... even if spread out over 5 or more years (market threshold and such).

I don't think you would ever sell 100,000 for £10.
The reason they go for £100 now is because there are not many about. This would flood the market and would knock the price down to a couple of pounds each. Even then - I reckon you would never sell them all.
