They look REALLY GOOD, if you like that type of thing. However, each one is numbered 1 - 10 NY which leads me to believe that he may be releasing others some day in other cities, and wants to be able to keep the editions straight... |

I am not picky about light handling creases or marks, but this is just sloppy. Someone grabbed the inside corner of the roll to make it fit in the tube and just didn't care about what happened to the print. I've emailed Allouche gallery about it and am waiting to hear back.
What do you guys think? I'd like some feedback on what others would do..

dwight this is a hand sprayed stencil on paper not a print or Hand Painted Multiple = HPM.
Even if this were a cheaper editioned print i'd expect a replacement, but as it's an HPM at the price you paid then i'd definitely want a replacement.
This should have been sent with much greater care and attention.
Sadly I doubt Paul is still in NYC, I also doubt there will be any more replacements ?!?!

This made the fold on the rolling edge....so when rolled the tissue puckered on that end with every roll. I hate being picky, but this is negligent damage. No reply as of yet from Allouche.

I'm returning the damaged print and getting an alternate number from the edition. I usually don't mind some handling marks especially with the bast and faile stuff because a lot of it is roughed up during production, but this seemed like a print which condition would matter....i'm planning to frame it in maple and put it with my b/w signed trolleys.
Anyway, all clear. Allouche was extremely nice about it. If anyone else had this issue with their pins shipment, I'd be interested to know.
