But is this a bit of an about-turn? He tries something new for a few prints, they are bit hit and miss, so he goes back to the colourful geishas?
I bought rouge 1 and I like it because it's a bit different from the usual.

Agreed, the style lends itself so well to the geisha with her white skin and striking features but lost it's allure when he applied the same style to other ethnicities - felt a bit too obvious a progression.
An incredibly talented and humble artist with an international presence so im sure there is still much more to come from him..

But I really don't think the lack of interest had anything to do with the variation in style. It was just a poor choice of models in my opinion. She looked like a kid, which doesn't go well with seduction.

On the other hand, he did say this was a follow up to Rogue I, so maybe he planned to revisit this for a long time and just now got around to it.
Either way, I love the new print and hope to get my hands on one.
