Now I could be wrong but that flower thrower wall doesn’t look right to me. Did you purchase it yourself from the hotel? I’m guessing not… Bulgaria?

You would have thought they would get them better. The painting on some has improved but the actual wall material finish is always the giveaway. Just shite. So many fakes around now especially on Etsy.

2.  Is it the case that you yourself are sure the sculpture is authentic, but just not super sure?

Given the number of items you are selling, of which fakes are known to be pervasive (including the Snowman card and Forgive us our trespassing poster), it may be helpful to clarify which pieces you acquired at source and which ones were purchased on the secondary market.



For the secondary market items, the provenance of these (ideally, wherever possible, the full provenance tracing all the way back to source) should be given to any prospective buyers.

It could also be worth confirming what due diligence and verification checks were made when purchasing these pieces, i.e. the specific checks that gave you confidence the pieces were genuine and not fake.

Buyers will be making a judgement call, not just on your own good faith and integrity, but also on the possibility that, unbeknownst to you, the provenance / chain of ownership for particular items may actually have begun with counterfeiter-scammers.



To further illustrate the point, among the various t‑shirts you are selling, it is clear from your photo that at least three t‑shirts (and possibly four) are unauthorised knockoffs:

Good points.
Every single piece posted came from a reputable close source to the production team including the snowman.
The tshirts, ( woh, dismaland and Bristol are 💯 legit) the woh had 3 different runs of tshirts ( you can research this and or ask if you know the right people)
The reaper I didn't mentioned it in the listing because is a brandalized T-shirt ( cool but has zero value ) and the second Bristol t-shirt (left) was a small run made by priestown and produced within the inner circle for a specific project; I'm not selling
it because it was a gift.
The sculpture also came from a reputable inner circle source but I did not purchase it myself. Didn't came from Etsy or eBay, was sent directly from the UK. I seen a few of this exact designs in person and online and it seems legit, I decided to contact Bisher not because of the finish but because the number code.
At this point. I'm going to take this down and simply repost better quality pictures and full descriptions.
