Pahnl π¬π§ Birmingham Street Art β’ New Print Release , by Pahnl on Aug 6, 2010 0:42:07 GMT 1, Good to hear it; providing they aren't buffed (which is a rarity), these'll last yonks. They take a fair bit of effort to tear in half using just my hands and that can only be a good thing
'Chasing Bones' (around LA)
Props to Morgs for slapping and snapping this, it's great to know the pup is up and around Los Angeles.

Pahnl π¬π§ Birmingham Street Art β’ New Print Release , by Cornish Crayon on Aug 6, 2010 12:03:18 GMT 1, What did you photograph the slaps with; would they, say, be high-resolution enough to use in a book I've slowly been putting together over the past year or two?
I think if i remember dude, i was stretching out my memory card a bit, so they would probably be 2mp shots, no less than that,
Feel free to use them , if you want me to email the shots to you....... No worries
But give me a shout on a copy please dude

Pahnl π¬π§ Birmingham Street Art β’ New Print Release , by Pahnl on Aug 18, 2010 13:57:58 GMT 1, 'All Blocked Up' [redux]
Here's the preferred higher resolution image: www.pahnl.co.uk/hosted/all_blocked_up_framed.jpg
With most artwork, you can never say when you're done, but these caps are art in their own right and they are complete when they no longer function.
None of these caps have been intentionally sprayed or fiddled with to make them look the way they are. I keep all the blocked caps I have and this is a photo series of the more interesting ones.
And yes, I know LECKOmio has a show on at the moment with stenciled art of used caps (amongst other sick work) AND I know Nick Walker did a photo series (with a photographer I've forgotten the name of now) of graffiti paraphernalia titled 'Origin of the Species'. I added [redux] onto the title because this is a reshoot of the same concept I did in October 2008.

Cheers for getting the pup up and around Bulgaria, that's another country that can be ticked off an imaginary list.

Pahnl π¬π§ Birmingham Street Art β’ New Print Release , by Pahnl on Aug 18, 2010 18:49:38 GMT 1, Oh I'm just sharing the photos, I'm not selling anything.
It'd definitely work as a print and I may look into that but I've too much on my plate right now to be organising a print. Unless you meant buying individual caps? If so, unfortunately they're not for sale mate.
And yes, stamping on blocked caps can be useful way of relieving frustration haha.
