me thanks the Angel is one of the jewels of my collection but needs must. App developing isn't cheap.
It's a tough crowd out there I'm guessing it's because my stuff is framed and needs collecting.

Roll up, Roll up, by alexdb on Aug 18, 2014 19:00:11 GMT 1, I don't get it Ivanhoe. If you buy a couple of works from the UK it is relatively easy to book flight tickets as well. Besides, if you pay for the shipping and insurance, people are able to ship the art to you. A bit weird to live in the UK only for the reason that you can buy framed pieces.

Roll up, Roll up, by lvanhoe on Aug 18, 2014 19:09:15 GMT 1, Yeah but I can't fly to the UK every week or month to pick something up right, and shipping a glass framed print comes down to Β£200 which I would consider for a Banksy but not for a print worth Β£400. I mean I have been here for what, a month? And I've already seen 5/6 framed pieces I'd have bought if I were able to pick them up.
So blah

He can un-frame the print and sent it to you rolled or flat. Donate the frame and you are set. You could also ship the print framed in a crate. Again : Ship it to mr frameman and he will make sure you will get it tiptop.
So Blahblah

Roll up, Roll up, by linguiny on Aug 19, 2014 7:00:12 GMT 1, I do love it when people come on to sales threads and start putting their opinions on what something should sell for.
I don't believe iv asked for any opinions in this case so why do certain members feel this is ok? Mods what's the deal will this?
I think I'll keep an eye for those members and have an opinion on their pricing.
By the way a sale for the Zac has been agreed so you can troll someone else's sales thread now.

I think members just like letting other members know the fair market price of the piece being sold so everyone gets a decent deal; nothing to take personally IMO. Similar to how you'll commonly see members openly ask what the market value is for a piece in a FS thread, so they can make an educated purchase. At least that's why I posted before.

I'm sure you would be over the moon if someone tried to troll ur sales thread. I haven't asked for anyone's opinion you can take yours elsewhere.

Think dss got burnt for trying to flip his zach...and borondo....he's now trying hard to pretend he's a stand-up guy doing the best for the forum but you know what they say about a polished turd...
linguiny - a top guy to deal with, I have seen the whatsons and Chevrier (when I made a previous purchase from Ling) and they are stunning - very nicely framed too
