HUGE new wall, North Street, Bristol - DANK, by Dan Kitchener on Jun 21, 2014 17:49:11 GMT 1, So, in the lead up to the opening night of my joint solo show with Dale Grimshaw at UPFEST Gallery, we each painted a large wall in Bristol. I had the most incredible, and huge spot to taint on North Street, a legendary spot, painted last by C215 and before him Smug. Some 11.3 metres high and over 8 metres wide, it's the largest space I have painted yet! It was an incredible three days solid work, in sunny, glorious weather, such an amazing time, and then show opening on Friday was superb too!
Here are some shots of my wall, many from the superb Paul Green photography, who managed to cpature some incredible angles and perspectives!
