I think that differentiates the signed from the signed within the image or in the pattern. I can see the confusion but its clearly labeled to show a difference than the signed pieces. The image is also given showing what and how exactly the image is signed. I dont see a clear misrepresentation or how you could get confused unless you were not paying attention or looking at the image in the lot.
