Really like your take on Banksy's flower thrower...and love how you have included the Olympic rings into your tag in the bottom corner...great!
I my opinion, I think it is strong enough without the "Er..." background.

I think this Banksy image is very iconic and changing the topic to a olympic thing it's a really good idea. I don't see the problem and I really don't feel bad (the opposite). I did it with the Monalisa, why not with another artist? Also you need to read the word "Fuck" in this guy pullover.

Im only saying it because seeing rehashes of the Banksy is boring (IMO) and show lack of imagination, especially when you are obviously very talented.
I said exactly the same a few weeks back when Eyesaw went from making quality bus stop disruptions, to Mickey Mouse Banksy rip offs..... for me its a huge step backward, even if it is 'trying' to be witty.
