Unfortunately, I had to copy KwangHo on my email to Dizart to get them to take action and issue my refund. They ignored my previous emails as well.

Dizart came back to me today apologized for the delay and promised me a refund today.
This was the winning email.
"Stealing is not cool. Please sent the book or my money back. I've contacted you maybe 15 times now and not one reply. Next time I include the artist email as well as I'm sure he'll not be happy with you using his name to steal money off people.
Get in touch."
I'm sure this isn't how they expected this offer to go and aren't as terrible as they seem.
