Yep, I've been having the same problem with sending payment via the paypal invoice. I'm in the US, too. Weird!

got through. seems like it was not working well with desktop/laptop. completed my transaction using my iphone.

Paypal can't help you. I've been with them twice already and they can't resolve the issue.

behaviorist & xveitx, what is the state your envelope arrived in?! Mine is quite creased, which is no wonder since it was "just" in a protective envelope along with the mag and stickers:



I know it's just the envelope and people had them in worse condition due to rain and all, but I find it a pity that a signed screen print by Paul Insect is in this condition... 

Any thoughts?!

My thought is that the envelope is just a nice "extra" and as these are meant to be a bonus it's hard to complain... but it IS a shame! Maybe VNA have some spares?

Yeah, my envelope arrived creased as well. I decided not to worry about it too much since it had to ship internationally and wasn't protected in the envelope. Let me know what you decide, because I thought about getting in touch with VNA...

Mine is a mess as well - both the magazine and the envelope. For $86 I wouldve hoped for better packaging.

Mine arrived at the weekend - The Mag was fine but the envelope is mashed up - probs slightly more than yours Sal and mine only had to come to Essex. It is a bit disappointing as this is the bit signed and numbered but am trying to flatten out - might have to get the Iron out

Needed Mikeydreads trick of taking the mag out of the envelope to stop it getting dog eared. Saved my copy.

sorry to see mashed up envelopes, it's the best envelope they've done imo, a great image. I got the pink one for the little girls room after initially thinking i'd go for an orange. Hope you guys get it sorted somehow

My Paul Insect special was damaged too when I got it, similar condition to the ones pictured.
Got it flattening under some weight, so hopefully it wont look too bad.

Chose not to kick up a fuss either, my magazine was in perfect condition and I much prefer that image.

Issue 24 is brilliant though, been enjoying reading it on the way in to work the last week.

It weirdly makes it better to see Im not the only unlucky one. I also received stuff creased and all from VNA before, but since this is a signed envelope I got a bit more sensitive. And indeed, $86 isn't really change so one would expect a bit better packing than this.

I hope VNA guys see this, and maybe find a way to send these out without damaging them. I also think that the bigger envelope with two cardboard should do the job.

On another note, it's a great looking envelope and the cover is the most framable yet! I own pretty much every singled LE, but loving this one, and especially the fact that you can see the other image under the print. Im yet to enjoy the texts inside.
