Cheers Silky, we we're really glad that we managed to bag Cept for the opening as we knew he'd do a show that would set the gallery off along the right path.
One of the advantages of the space is that we can allow each artists to transform it exactly how they want to, and Cept was a perfect example of that, utilising paste ups, graf outside the building, painting directly onto the gallery walls, building fake doors, producing a fanzine, an installation, as well as paintings and prints! - Certainly setting a standard for us to follow.
