I wouldn't be surprised if this is genuine - and more pieces are 'outed' before their due date.

I bet they were all done over the course of the last few weeks or so---behind scaffolding, behind wooden construction barriers, and etc.---and now those barriers, scaffolding, and/or other means of hiding his (and his team's efforts), are just being taken down in the early hours of the morning very unassumingly. Et voila, new Banksy.
Also, if this is the case (and maybe it isn't) there's nothing saying that the October BOTI show is restricted to NYC. Perhaps next week it'll be London or Paris etc.

Good point, I guess 30 walls is quite a lot for one city? Would be a lot easier to avoid getting busted if its in different cities.

I was thinking about it for most of my working day and the first thing I done when I got in was check this thread. I feel like a school boy during the Christmas holidays. Madness. It's certainly renewed my passion for the blokes work. No other artists grabs my attention like this.... ....remember the Adam Neate street drop one WG?, that was a laugh.
Sadly I missed that one Wiz.

Think about other artists in this scene and 9 times out of ten you know what's coming. Faile, Shep, Kaws, Lister.

However the Twitter account is not linked to from the site so there's no guarantee it's real, but imo quite possibly be fake. It was set up incredibly quick after the official launch but there are some dedicated trolls out there.
