1. Can anybody tell me for which Show (year ?) it was produced ?
2. What’s its title, size ?
3. Most importantly, do you know who’s the owner  (as I want to buy it from him !) ?

I think thats The Cross.

Probably went off to Portugal or USSR. Original cost was circa £37500 i think.

The Arrest. Thats it, but the policemans fingers on top of his head make a crown of thorns like Jesus on the cross. amazing piece, i loved it.

I would guess that the chances of Paul or Fiona telling you who bought it would be very low. No harm in trying though....?

As expected Elms doesn't feel comfortable approaching the private collector they sold it to so I guess my hopes are now close to 0 ;-( Thanks for all your help, was worth trying....

No shock at all. Just like in the boom days, Elms continues to be quite a bit less than one would normally expect from a 'gallery'.

I guess that's fine if you go into things knowing and understanding that. But most people tend to have assumptions that being a gallery means something.

Certainly do not think Elms are being out of order by not approaching one of their clients about this.
A lot of galleries buy and sell art so would understand them trading pieces and adding a price on top. That's not what Elms do. So understand them not doing it.
Similarly do not know how we'll they know shootagain and they might not want to start one thing with one of their clients that may go wrong etc. that's not to say it would.
So it Los could turn out wrong for them as well. So unfortunate for SA but I can understand it somewhat
