quoting someone from earlier post calling him the 'grand father' of street art... not wrong there... He looks well old, his kids must be in their late 30's saying "FFS dad grow up & leave the stencils alone, take up bowls or something, your embarressing us'!! Jokes aside I like the COW original from the show, always wanted the sheep print from years back - probably price is sky high? anyone know how much they go for these days?

I do like some of the canvas pieces in this show but the print is definitely not for me. If t was free I would keep it and hang it but for 300 I would pass.
Would love to see some more Hi-res images of the show. The Ballerina piece looks incredible.

I'm guessing you own some of Blek's work and are therefore trying to protect your stock, because anyone in their right mind can see that the entire body of work in this show is nothing short of embarrassing. Nope don't own any of his work. Not sure why you would call this embarrassing... I think some of the pieces in this show are great. |

some of these statements are quite laughable e.g " embarrassing , joke,very poor ... etc..
maybe some of the forum members just dont get it ,i will put it in to simple context its street art as it should be on the streets rough and ready .. not clean and tight as some of think it should look like

And both of these are probably 20 times less than the original... ;-)  "Escaping Criticism" by Borel de Caso. Very ironic and appropriate title for this thread, like many other threads on UAA. People criticizing Blek's work whereas that guy was spraying on walls while many here were still wearing diapers. Start building your own legend and come criticize after. |

If I recall correctly this question was already discussed here but I have no clue how to dig in the forum. Anyway, imo using Blek's fame to promote another artist is poor form. No offense James but it just sounds bitter. |
