It is but that is the issue with street art. It will go one day. Sadly it seemed the guy did not have a clue who Banksy was. In some ways Id rather have work on the streets fade into existence than bankrobber coming along while filming the whole thing and then selling it for a million to a collector and denying the public of the artwork anyway.
