Thanks for all your support in making the show a massive success. It closes on Sunday with pretty much everything sold. I'm beavering away on a small edition which i will be selling online via my facebook fanpage www.facebook.com/pages/My-Dog-Sighs/115489371467 Not an ideal platform for everyone but where I have my most supportive and loyal fanbase. Right. Can news. I am in a position to release a special 'thank you' edition of cans, exclusively to Facebook, this coming this Sunday evening. With demand for the cans going through the roof and prices rising accordingly I am releasing 15 hand painted cans at a reduced rate to thank all those who have supported me for over ten years. I have seen how popular the 'open eyed' cans are and have worked my socks off to ensure there are a majority of these. Since the close of the sell out exhibition at Pure Evil gallery London two weeks ago I have had a total of 58 requests for cans. To make it fair for everyone and to ensure I'm not spending the rest of the year repainting the same cans over and over, I have not accepted any of these commissions. At 8.30pm sunday evening on my Facebook profile page www.facebook.com/mydogsighs?ref=tn_tnmn. I will release a link to a page showing all the cans available. It will be a first come first served affair with the first person to leave a comment on the photo to get it. Cans will be £80. Payment can be made by paypal, bank transfer or cheque. I am afraid I am not able to frame any of the cans as I am working frantically to get ready for two major shows opening next week. I cannot 'hold' or reserve any cans. I hope 8.30pm on a Sunday evening will give most people the best chance to be available to try and get the can they'd like. |

Still trying to get my head around this artist name; but, the eyes in some of these cans are so real, can't get past them. Don't have anything by the artist, but there is one pic of a canvas posted on here by coach sometime back that i always think of when i see posts about this artist. Anyways, don't facebook etc, so i'm out once again on this stuff. Love the talent tho.

Kept waiting for the next pic to load. Didn't realise you had to open a folder showing the other cans. Doh! Good thing is that I suspect these will have gone to fans. |
