Mine arrived from France today and they're both unscathed. Sorry to hear Whichway that you weren't so lucky. The packaging though was non-existent, it was a cardboard box and one thin piece of paper.

The packaging was terrible, I emailed them to see if they have any spare plastic fronts they could send, which they don't. I cant be bothered to send them back over to France. I'll probably try and do a DIY job on them.

get em down to a framers if you have no experience of or the means to cut plastic...
they should be able to cut it for you could even get glass ones made then send a copy of the bill to the place you bought it, you might not get a full refund but you could ask for a contribution towards the cost
