Thinking of selling my copy. It has a bit of water damage on the back side, and is a bit rough around the edges (would frame well though). Figured I'd post here before taking it to eBay. I'm US based but have no problem selling to established members here overseas. Last copy I saw sell (about a year ago on ebay.co.uk - www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250842242106 ) sold for around $1k USD (£620), but was probably in better condition than this one. These don't come around too often, so I'd like to hear some reasonable offers on this piece. Thanks!

I hate the idea of parting with it, but I've been going through a rough patch and have to sell a lot of my collection. Being disabled and out of work is no fun. I'm too proud to go on disability and mooch off the general public. I've got three ruptured discs in my back -- between doctor bills, living expenses, and medication costs, I'm drowning.

My doctor won't even give me a handicapped placard for the car, I don't know if I want to butt heads with the government for a disability check. I may have to in the future, but I'm trying to tread water without doing so for the time being.

Social Security disability is difficult to qualify for, and then does not give you much in the end. Was your injury work related? If so, then you should be eligible for workers' comp.

I would hate to see you lose everything for the sake of saving the taxpayer a few dollars!! In this instance the tax payer is there to save YOU. You wouldnt decide not to call your insurance if you got burgled would you? Your taxes are in some way a form of insurance for you if you need it.

Good points all around... Thanks for the input on all counts. Regardless of whether or not I file for disability, I still need funds now, and plan to sell this Album. I've been offered £450 for the Capoeira Twins 4x3 Record/Banksy Blowpop Sleeve, but I'm gonna keep taking offers for the next couple days or so.

They were going to cut off his arms and he said "they will grow back right?" Prob. had Homer in charge of your tests. They prob also spent more on setting up tests and processing forms than they ended up paying you. In a civilized society we should take care of each other. Personally I would rather my government pay out to a few cheaters than pass over someone that was really in need. Too much effort is put into policing and not enough into helping. And that concludes my rant for the day.

Couldn't have said it better myself and fully agree : good to be a proud man, that will help you to face challenges but nothing wrong from benefiting fairly from one of the good things coming with our society ... I sincerely wish you all the best

This item has sold and will be shipping to the UK tomorrow. Thanks for all the inquiries.
Wound up getting a better offer than I sold it for after it was already sold, unfortunately, but the guy who bought it is a class act and I know it will be in good hands.
