No need to ask Stik, it's obviously a fake. Stik uses specific colours on canvas. This is not one of them. The wording on the ebay listing is very clever, no mention of the artist being Stik, just stik man painting on canvas...

If people don't know or forgotten, these Paris Hilton CDs with printed labels are just counterfeits and nothing to do with official Banksy stuff. At least as far as I know and I doubt anyone can prove me wrong. There's been a few on Ebay the last months for too much money. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170849036464

The original run of CDs did have a unique serial number on the cd. The one in the pic is from the "bootleg" second run. The original Banksy run was a plain white cd with Paris hand written on it. The big give away to tell if it's a fake is that the cd is printed with all the grey crap and there is no sticker on the cd case.

Highest I saw one of the second run go for was £175! Might be an idea to sell my spare one...

I have one of the original real Banksy releases that isn't going anywhere as it took quite some time to source and cost a fair bit too. I also have a couple of the bootleg re issue, which are pressed unlike the first edition which were burned. Not sure where they are since I moved, somewhere in the study no doubt

the real one's look like this I have a copy, uploaded the song to my ipod way back when and cant remember where the case and the cd is. Mine definitely did not look like this one.. I knew it was a copy when I bought it on ebay for like $20. It has a label on the cd of the cover shot of Paris. You made me so jealous. Fingerz

Yeah I clocked that one this morning. I especially liked this bit: "if buyer finds out its proper-then maybe would give me some money back--never know"
