I thought it said 99% as in 1% own 99% of the wealth while the rest of us get the 1% thats left. Think its an over exagerated quote though.
Edit Just noticed its at £21 already!!

Edit Just noticed its at £21 already!! i dont think its that high i think in america last year the top 1% accounted for about 25% of the country income, so i just think its a bit of a joke by banksy and maybe a little truth although i do think someone has drawn on another 1 onto the percentage not seen it like that before... and yeh just a little bit higher than before...

^Lovely. "signed" on the mat instead of on the "photographic" print, and the entire frame is smaller than the real print. If this guy's gonna forge something, he should at least put a little effort into it.

Folks I'm sat here with someone who has had confirmed that his Laugh Now print is a fake. Frikkin sick ain't the word. It was bought on eBay in 2009 through Paypal, he has the sellers name and contact details sent from eBay as the seller is still registered. There is a few grand at stake here, as well as wanting to do one over on the tw@t Do Paypal help out with transactions this old? Can chargeback on visa work? What else can we do?

I assume that this is Pest Control saying your buddy has a fake... have they explained how they know... Paper size, inks used or details of ownership...? I'd get in contact with the original seller and press them for a back story on the print... You never know the story might check out and then you can take this information back to Pest Control and see if this changes anything. Don't give up hope yet...! The system could be flawed. I'm pretty certain that eBay or Paypal will not be interested at all, PayPal protection only lasts for 45 days after the sale, after that you have no cover. I suggest you contact the seller sending proof that the item is a fake and if you get either no or an unfavourable response go to this government web site : www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome

Yep it seems the registered name for the print number does not match the sellers name.
This could be terminal.
But our fingers are crossed that there is an explanation. Will try contact the seller this week.
I will keep you guys updated if you like? Always good to get info on this process, as I'm sure others will come across similar?
