Are many others still waiting on their orders... ?
Despite being a HUGE fan of Sickboy, I'm becoming ever more jaded by the rather lackluster after sales service that follows each order I make.
Ordered 22 days ago now and paid £10 postage too!

I haven't ordered anything off them for a while... but I remember waiting around a month or so for a print and then about 3 months for a free fanzine.

I'm still waiting on the signed newspaper from the Heaven & Earth show, I was told I'd receive that for ordering a confession brick back in early Nov... Sand got his, although I know I'm not alone...So it's obviously nothing personal, which is comforting. |

I have had the mag for a couple of weeks now but no mag etc ,so i emailed Steve and the stuff is on it's way...apparently.

Yeah I got my signed 'Heaven & Earth' newspaper before Christmas.
Sickboy's shipping charges and delivery times are terrible. They need to sort it out. My best advice is to be proactive and keep emailing them until you receive what you're expecting.
Stephen seems like a nice guy..but unfortunately he's not the most efficient person to deal with...

Ordered 22 days ago now and paid £10 postage too! 28 days and still waiting on my foldout booklet.... On the plus side my signed newspaper arrived from my prior order. Although the guys confirmed they've thrown in a little something extra... so I can't fault their generosity, I just wish they'd speed up the postage. |
