I mean, there are lots of people out there not having a clue he just put different faces on the photos (me included if I wasn't on this board)... I have no problem with what he's doing, but calling it high art, and pricing it so high, is quite ridiculous.. but, if it works for him, why not!?.. |

I quite like the idea of this print as the humour behind it reminds me of a short story by Irvine Welsh where Madonna and a variety of other 1980's female icons are sitting around drooling over a magazine featuring football casuals. Yes, its a rip off of Rockwell's image, there are plenty of new artists who rip off other peoples ideas. What is a farce is the price. If it was a tenth of the price it is, I would go for it.
