From the Post No Bills site: 'POST NO BILLS proudly announces Paul Insect’s first major US solo exhibition. The show will feature an ambitious breadth of original works on paper, from one of street arts seminal figures.
TRIPTEASE REVUE will feature unique originals, exclusive limited edition prints and hand-finished works in Insect’s visceral style, mixing bright colors and arresting imagery - blending sex, politics, death and pop culture themes with a satirical edge.
The show will introduce a new body of work featuring masked voyeurs, explicit thematic paintings, plus signature babyheads, and a wide array of other sensory surprises. TRIPTEASE REVUE represents a new stage in the evolution of Insect’s art.

Sounds great. Looking forward to seeing what he comes up with for this. Hopefully much better than his last efforts for POW.

(& who is Joe Black then ?)   a bug is an insect. without missum, bugs images lose the softness.. get sharper.. just a theory.. it's fun and pointless... ;D ;D |

and also explains why Paul's been "missing" in action for a while, around the time when Miss Bugs' been rampant...
and why Bugs never does anything solo.
kinda like superman/clark kent - this insect fella

Does it really matter who Bugs is?
As long as Miss Bugs and Paul continue to produce great art.....
I just hope the prints released at this show are a reasonable price.

The few insect ogs that were at post no bills euro group show were $10000 +

Images look great and the preview is pretty tasty too.
I wouldn't say his prices are overrated at all. Paul's been around for years and has been at the forefront of this movement for many years. Always pushing boundaries and responsible for many a street artists rep. He's one of the most creative artists in this scene in my opinion.

Whoa, that's a lot of art for sale in the preview!! Pretty decent prices for most of it, although a lot of repetition, some old most new. Love the "Insect Mind" 1-5 and that "Spider Girl" OG is incredible, always loved the street version.

Cheers stang for the pdf's! I think there's some nice works there. Like the vivid colours. Music Sheets aren't bad for under £80 a pop, considering they're all unique.

I almost bought the cheap pinnochio BAST. Wait, that was by Insect?
I like a lot of the work but am pretty overwhelmed at the quantity. Excited to hear what people think in person.

Today's Post No Bills mailing list blast announced that the first 20 people to walk in the door at tomorrow's opening receive a unique piece - signed by Insect.
