Its a thread i assume was started because you can buy Eine canvases from a few places at the mo. (although, cant you always??)
It amazes, and angers me that artists produce work that is then sold. How very dare they. I prefer it when it is impossible to buy an artists work, cos then I can complain about how unfair it is that I cannot buy his work. Infact, when i can buy an artists work, i no longer want to, which is a problem when it comes to collecting art, although it does mean i have a lot of room on the walls reserved for pieces i can't buy and should i be able to buy i wouldnt want....
