silky, it there any chance you can moderate the entrants
for instance, although i love banksy, so far in 2011 he has'nt done a show or released a print or painted any well publicised commissions so how can he be nominated for this section?
i just don't everyone voting for banksy because of his reputation and him ending up winning again when theres so many nominated artists that deserve to win in this section so much more
