If they're the same pasters that went out with the Fashion Chimps print they're 24"x36."

Really well done but still love the rocket one from all the jig saw prints released The blocks looked much better with more depth on the Faile release with 'Launch Tonight' etc. Seems a bit like Faile and Paper Monster don't use the same printer.

Sorry to see that connecta, I hope they sort it out for you.
It still amazes me that certain galleries don't know how to pack a print properly to prevent damage in transit.
Surely it's easier to take the time out to pack them properly the first time round instead of having to replace a print time after time (one gallery posted me 3 prints over a 2 month period that all arrived damaged...decided to give up after that and get a refund!).

Similar damage to mine, but not that much. Too much hassle too return it to USA, so keeping it.
But, agree, why can't they do the packaging properly from the beginning?

Just send Matt at Paper Monster an email and he'll arrange a pick up for the damaged print and send you another one. They specially keep a few prints as possible replacements for those damaged during the shipping process.

Just send Matt at Paper Monster an email ...can anyone confirm Matt's email? not having any luck with the papermonster@mac.com address That is the only email addy I've used. I had a damaged print(Bedtime Stories) and mine is already on the way back to me. My corner was folded over just like yours, but I had no other edge damage. I was shocked when i pulled it out of the tube and it was wrapped in a paster that wasn't even the same size as the print and the wax paper was very tiny. It's really not that hard to ship right. Wrap it in kraft/brown paper a little tighter than the tube, put a piece of tape on it and put in the tube. Really not that hard. I'm glad they're replacing it, but they wouldn't have to deal w/ this if they wrapped it right. The tube was bombproof too.
