Very tastefully furnished bjornca...might be small, but its very appealing! Ipad shots stand up too, relative to a lot of photos shown on this forum. Thanks for sharing!

Great little pad. Loving everything about it. Quality over quantity. Who makes the black lamp in the bedroom? Or know where I could pick one up online. Thanks in advance

Lovely Place, Furniture, art what more can you say. Apart from I wouldnt put the TV there though, worst place for TV is above any fireplace!!! For safety and not good at all for the TV re the rising heat, plastics etc...I know from the experience of a very fortunate aquaintance I used to know. Fortunate because he managed to catch it before it took the whole house!!! Just a thought

Just a thought Thanks delloy - I'm actually in Socal, so have never turned the fireplace on (not really sure it even works...). Will definitely keep that in mind in the future though. Brendan1985, the lamps are from www.boconcept.com (it was a pain to get them though as they were on backorder for months). Thanks connecta1, and everyone else - appreciate the comments.

Thanks in advance Very similar to a Philippe Stark lamp I have. It is quite similar to a Philippe Starck lamp I've seen, although I thought the Starck one has a lacquer finish, whereas mine is matte (could be mistaken).

Love the Barcelona and Eames Lounges, great stuff.
I've gone back and forth with trying to find a used lounge/ottoman but I think I might go with a Mulhauser Plycraft if I find one of those first. Doesn't have the same 'wow' factor as the Eames but it's much more affordable and one could argue that it's more functional considering it reclines.
You've got great taste.

I think I might go with a Mulhauser Plycraft if I find one of those first. Also a nice chair (have seen some very nice white / cream versions). I kept debating between a number, including the Wegner Wing or Shell chairs, but ultimately settled on the two (too many options). Thanks SKY.

Still in the middle of the refurbishing works in my new house but the first room to be finished had to be my newly born baby's one ;-)

Still in the middle of the refurbishing works in my new house but the first room to be finished had to be my newly born baby's one ;-) That Whatson looks great! The others are mighty fine too. I'm trying to find some "acceptable" art for my little ladies room at the moment but the art police are being pretty strict!

I see what you mean, my own "art police" at home rejected another two pieces meant for the baby's room... I guess I'll have to find another (hidden) space for them ;-)

Nice Piggy .... just a suggestion, but put a black out roller blind behind the curtain. I have found out that little one's seem to wake up the second light appears and it can be a bugger in the summer trying to get them to sleep. Well done - new baby, new house and a chance to start getting your art up onto the walls (art police permitting of course ;D)

Thanks dappy, good advice ;-) Those curtains are not staying though (from the previous owner), next ones should be much more appropriate to prevent light from coming in ;-)

The Obey Kitty is also a great choice for an infants room.
