does it come with crayons for a DIY colouring? because otherwise it looks awful and a pointless variation compared to the original one (and the original street piece too).

Have to agree on this. It's just the "original" sans colors. Not even a border...

Agree - prefer this to the original (albeit its not the street piece) - didn't get the colour one first time around (... not that I am bitter!) so roll on this one!

I think these will look brilliant in a nice and simple white frame ...sort of agree, although the big attraction to the original print for me was the colour scheme from the street piece Also, these endless editions are becoming a bit annoying... putting out extra AP variants after the initial release etc. Even reviving new editions of an old print like those Japanese 'SCARY'... sort of devalues the whole thing don't you think?

Agree. But I have to confess to picking up a Japanese EXCITING... plus, a little bird tells me there may be another (all new) Nelly/Eine print out later in the year so it may well be worth saving one's pennies

I prefer the B&W to the colour sheet, but like the single letters more... but doubt i'll even try to buy one. He's a busy chap, I'll be interested to see what comes out via Ben's show in Japan with! shop.503.nu/www.megumiogita.com/No wonder it's all gone quiet regarding the oranges & lemons print.

In two minds. I don't like it as much as the original sheet but it does have something about it.
So it's an edition of 18?

I prefer this black and white one myself. It would look even nicer on a silver background.

The main attraction with 'some 'of Eine's work for me are the bright colours - so not for me.

Ben is due to arrive in Tokyo tomorrow and according to Ken @503, he's got the paint in ready and despite the 36oC heat, Ben's going to be painting a few walls and about 40 shutters too. As far as I'm aware the exhibition is taking place in the Megumi Ogita gallery in Tokyo... Any Editions and other items will be sold at the gallery and via 503 website. I think the theme for the show is a familiar one but it'll be interesting to see what he's got planned. Word to the wise, tell your Japanese friend to use the gallery address to find it and not the terrible map they have as it misses far to many roads... I learnt the hard way. I prefer the B&W to the colour sheet, but like the single letters more... but doubt i'll even try to buy one.
