Still waiting. Never, ever, again deal with arkitip. You can't have people wait for more than 4 months for a book order.

I emailed again Jacob today, here's the reply I got :
"Im not sure why you did not get my last email.
As I stated in it, We are waiting on more of the photos
that come with the JR issue to send these out to our
customers. This issue is selling very well and sold out
for a moment. We will be shipping them out to everyone
again starting this week. Thanks for your continued
patience and support."
They don't even have the photos in stock now... %-O
AMAZING.

I'm in the same boat. Wonder how long this will stretch out for? This is the worst shipping delay I've ever experienced. Can't understand why they're now waiting on more photos, surely they realised there were not enough 4 months ago when we ordered?

He just told me photos are not provided by JR, they send them to a printer. Shipping should start at the end of the week Jacob says... Can't do much besides of more waiting, mates... But this has really been getting on my nerves. Arkitip will be blacklisted anyway for me, whatever they ever release in the future.

I "yelled" at them yesterday saying we were a bunch of angry and deluded people, and finally got the shipping notice yesterday evening... It took more than 4 months and several emails.
FYI my order was numbered 13039.

Still in process despite the shipping notice. And still nothing in my mailbox...
Looks more something like gaining time... ?

Mine finally arrived (in the UK) - it took me many emails and I wonder if the shipping sequence is now based on who hassles the most....

Received mine yesterday.... ordered on Dec 29, received on May 16...138 days to ship a book... Man, my worst experience ever for an online order !

I finally received mine 3 weeks ago!!! They also sent me last week the Shepard Fairey for free to apologize. At the end It still the worst customer service I know:(

I received mine about 4 months after ordering!! a shame!! and pics are not original as well as the JR issue of arkitip is really basic!

But seriously, how can a company not understand that by pleasing their customers and providing a quality service/product where everyone's happy means they'll get good feedback/reviews and probably much more repeat custom! How many people after this fiasco will not be bothering ordering anything from them again... even if it's a great offer? Amused and disheartened from Sarf London. |

Ordered on 30 December 2010... received today 5 July 2011! 6 months and a couple of days, how can I complain ;D Looks like they went to snappy snaps for the JR photos, but to give them credit they're good quality prints with rich colour and good contrast. No edition number tho, I thought they limited to a certain amount? They even threw in a 25% off voucher for my NEXT(!) purchase with them |

Today, 297 days and several angry emails from me and some bullshit excuses from them, I finally received my two copies of the Arkitip JR issue. Did I win the "waited longest"-competition?
I don't think I'll use their "15% coupon for your next purchase", thank you very much.
