Still waiting for my order since late december and it's seriously getting on my nerves, especially when you know they ship only on fridays.

Hey guys, would you please tell us what is your order number ? And what was your order number for those who received theirs ? I found out jerome and mine are only separated by 4 orders. Wonder if they ship in the order.
IT'S REALLY GETTING ON MY NERVES waiting for an order I took in late dec. They don't even reply to emails anymore.

Spoke to them last week, they were in the middle of an office move and have fallen behind, promised they would get back on top of things this week and resolve the issue.. said to bear in mind they're a very small operation.. think they got a bit swamped. |

Yeah, they told us they were in the middle of that move in JANUARY. If they're not able to ship orders in a decent delay, close the shop and change business. You don't launch a 1000 issues book if you're not able to honor orders. I don't care about their logistics issues, we paid the books, we paid 40 USD for shipping we should all have received our orders by now. jp, you're about 20 behind me. If they ship according to numbers (EVERY DAMN FRIDAY ONLY !) Jerome and I will have ours shipped first. We'll let you know. |

4 months since my order and now they dont even answer my emails
if i didnt want this so much i would do a charge back on my credit card
For the postage they charge on these they should be using an expidited postage method,,is suspect, hoever, that they are not...
does anyone have an alternate email address where you actually get a reply...

I waited forever for issue #51 i think its the shepard one.. they said they moved into a new space and they were sorry.. customerservice@arkitip.com is where i got a reply from good luck..they good dudes, but remember.. Medical Marijuana is legal in california  |

They should have mail out orders on alternate days.. Just email them every week, they might reply you. Btw guys, i dont think our orders will be processed this week. its good friday.. another week of waiting..

These people have to be the worst
They massively overcharge on shipping....then dont ship...
How hard can it be to pack up a few (thousand) books and ship them out...or maybe they only have one person going to the post office each week and they aren;t very strong!

"We just moved our studio into the Project Space location and
