Anyone else still not received their orders for Fairey and/or JR?

Sadly not an unusual thing when it comes to Arkitip. I wouldnt buy from them again. A lot of guys over on the giant forum were waiting months and months for issues.

They seem to charge a very high price for International shipping and then ship by the cheapest possible method, resulting in a very long wait for those of us outside the US

I ordered big batch of the JR edition for myself and others on the forum, and haven't received them 5 weeks on. I emailed customer services a week ago and didn't get a response either...
To those who are waiting, apologies for the delay - I'll be in touch as soon as they arrive.

I emailed them a couple of days ago and just got this back this morning...
'We apologize for the delay of your order. We are currently moving all of our studio into our gallery. So you can imagine all of our magazines and merchandise boxed and being organized as we speak. We are getting these issues out to our customers as
fast as we can. We care deeply for our customer base and want top provide the best service possible. We will send your order out to you as soon as we can and you will be sent the tracking numbers. Thanks again for your patience and we greatly appreciate the support!'

Same here  + the mistake with the two prints in the Fairey edition, still waiting for the second print... I wouldn't buy from them neither. |

Same here... Still waiting for the JR. And it was 38 USD for shipping... That's damn not serious. I doubt I'll ever order from them again. If I see "4.00 USD" on the shipping envelope that will drive me crazy.

They have been known to stretch things out as much as possible. Folks who ordered subscriptions had to email them over and over again just to get the remaining issues of the subscription. I'll never order from them....ever.

here's what I received:
We sincerely apologize for the delay of your order. We had several orders going out to our customers for these past months. Unfortunately
we had some issues with our USPS international orders. It might have been due to the high volume of orders shipped via USPS. We aren't exactly
sure the reason. We have resolved them with the post office this past week and a half. There also has been new customs changes with USPS so
the shipping process has been under new construction with them. Your item will ship ASAP via priority mail so you will receive it soon.

That seems odd all your problems, mine last one the JR edition was at my door in 2 1/2 weeks at the most I would say. Again I have never had any problems with them.

Still waiting for my two issues as well. Jacob from Arkitip says they have been moving studio address or something but dammit, you don't release 1000 issues when you know you won't be able to ship them before weeks. That's really not a serious business there.

That's really not a serious business there. fobbed me off with the same excuse, i told him to refund me my money - luckily I paid via Paypal, so i raised a complaint via them and got my money back - wont be using them again thats for sure |

Here's what arkitip says bout international subscriptions:
* Arkitip is NOT ACCEPTING NEW INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS at this time. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A SUBSCRIPTION OUTSIDE THE USA. All subscriptions ordered outside the USA will be immediately refunded.
That obviously infers that they have problems with international shipping...so stop crying
Got my issues licky split
And let me guess once all these orders are satisfied there will be several JR issues on ebay ;D

Still waiting, made the mistake of leaving it too long and now can't open a paypal dispute. Will never order from Arkitip again. I've asked them for a refund but so far nothing.

i took my complaint up with their accounts department, rather than dealing with then Jacob - I found him to be useless.
