The books are similar to the ones from the show at stolen space, they look tasty.
I like the decks as well.

Preview arrived half an hour late. Difficult to appreciate the works on that PDF - sure they'll look amazing in the flesh. Nothing I feel I must have. Those Haring pieces look the same as the ones done for the Apopcalypse Now show.

Hi guys. I haven't been to a Dface show before, but I work in LA and I'll be going with the intention of picking up a print and possible a butterfly or book if the price is right for me. Anything I should expect? Should I come hours earlier? I've never done this. Thanks

I wish the Haring would be a print. "This show will also see the release of an LA Edition 7 colour hand pulled screen print exclusively available at Corey Helford Gallery" according to this, I dont think Haring will be a print..

I'm really liking what I see... The "who's Bad" pieces are just insane!!! The size of some of the pieces are pretty impressive as well and should look amazing in person, I can't wait till the show!

the only pieces i like are the skate boards and the taxidermy bits and bobs, i know this is d faces field but cmon, to me its just re hashed harring warhol and Liechtenstein references with different subject matters? very dissapointed as when i saw the butterflies i thought he was going in a more 'grown up' direction

And the prints a bargain, just US$300 but no internet or phone sales.
I liked the aircraft panel 'Cheat Death' and although I thought it was a bit rich it's sold.....

I'm confused... so the print you are all talking about is called 'Kiss of Death'? Is this it?

So did anyone buy anything? I read that 'Cheat Death' sold a couple posts up. How did you find that out? I have a feeling this will be a feeding frenzy when the doors open.
I kind of like that Flutter Dies and the Books are only for sale at the show, but on the other hand I now know theres no way Ill get one. I was really hoping to get 1 or 2 books for my wall. At least its going to get people there and I have a felling they are the lowest priced pieces at the show.

I can help someone pick up the books and/or Flutterdies.... I will be attending the show. I'm planning on showing up early so I can get the FREE gift for 1st 50 people.
