I like D and really i would bet this show was really good, i reckon im just comparing it to the ones i saw like BRPs where those real thick collages in perspex were great and the Ocontemp. one which threw up some classics, didnt see the Levine show but i saw the works on their site, wonder what will last like that from this one?.

Cant stop thinking about those collages now.
I agree, this looks like a great show. Love D's initial lichtenstein "f*ck" print/poster. Can't remember to much about the BRP show far to much asahi.... didn't sohari [sorry for the wrong name, whatever happened to him?] have a couple for sale... they where lovely.... anyway looks like a fun show and good for D for creating a buzz in the USA, just my opinion, he died a bit here in the uk? ... oh and while I'm writing random thoughts didn't Nick Walker also rebuild/try to in the States after that 2 colour debacle uk show?
Thats Sahoria, off on a sabatical at the mo after a long illness, i think he sold every artwork he had to fund the much needed trip. Hope alls well S if you are reading.

America does this to everything thats "underground" usually 3-5 years late. Street Art, Drift cars, Fashion, Video games, Techno. It will eventually be so overplayed, so commercialized that it will eventually be ignored for the next thing that American marketing wants to shove down our throats. Then and only then will the real enthusiasts stay and continue to enjoy.
I see me, my woman and kids in your photos Fragile.... great show, I wish I would have known who you were there... saw a few members at the show and had some great talks with D* and Radarwax...

agreed! and done. still wondering what these "gifts" were that were supposedly given out.
They did give out free tix for a dog from the hotdog truck! Contrary to what was mentioned earlier, the tickets were not for prints. They also had the free balloons.
