Been a few pieces sold and lots of new arrivals over the years so I was playing around on Facebook with images of my collection. Good fun creating a top 20 of my favourite works with 40+ pieces hanging. So I created a little montage and thought it was a cool way to view peoples collections. Also after yesterdays thread and my thoughts on caution I did not want people to think I was dead set against people showing their artwork. Its the section I love most. Just a bit of fun but also an interesting way to see the diversity of a collection or the direction its moved in. We could create a thread for montages if people thought it worthwhile? Montages of 5 or more? Fantastic collection! And I love your new Ron English!

Commited to this piece by Alexander Korzer-Robsinson ome time ago, it´s called 'The Boy´s Own Annual 1891'. For those who don´t know his work, it´s amazing. He makes the book sculptures / cut books by working through a book, page by page, cutting around some of the illustrations while removing others. Never seen this guys work. But very impressed. Been following a similar artist for the past 3 years called Brian Dettmer. briandettmer.com/

some lovely additions here.. congrats all around! I finally got to frame/hung couple of bits that were sitting around for too long.. Banksy postcard from POW, with one of my fav images from him: not a huge Shep fan, but had to have something from the man, so I got this small Arkitip print: and finally, this wicked Doze Green drawing: Im loving this guy's style, and really need to get some proper piece by him...

Finally got round to putting these three little Slinkachus together....does three prints together count as a triptych, or does it have to be a specific set of three? liking this alot....

I would never ever hang a piece of art under an AC unit ! are you nuts ?? I've been to enough call outs to see damage if the drainage blocks

Cheers conecta & confused. Free view the AC is not used so closed it and wall space hard to come by in HK. So looks worse than it really is. Cheers though

You need to see his work in the flesh to really see the detail and artistry/workmanship

Based on that ebay description... wouldnt you say that this is a BAST done by Faile? You got it at a great price whatever it is. Small Bast OG.

Thanks guys. I tried to buy one from him direct but he thought he would make more via ebay. I don't think it worked out the way he had hoped. I tried to tell him these were not gallery pieces and would not sell as such.
Kultur, This is Bast. The 16 foot door was a collab between Bast and Faile. they did a nice write up for it in BSA's website.
It lasted a year before owners did a rehab on the building.

Small Bast OG. Nice BAST! I wonder if the seller is going to put the "Popeye", that was on the doors, up on ebay, too. Nice Chuck Closes in the background. www.flickr.com/photos/25509997@N00/
