Wow. Those 3 Banksy's really work well together. And the Andre stencil doesn't look too shabby either!

thanks for all the nice comments...... its a stencil on material (a large bandanna actually ) -its a little over 2x2 feet.... done it 2008, from and edition of 1 . (only one done on material) There are hpm versions on paper and canvas also... -which are quite a bit nicer... but I am happy with this! ec

I don't claim to be an artist, but I made this painting. I was inspired by a piece of art that I saw at an art show a few weeks ago and tried to mimic the concept myself. It is the old television alert system bars on top of a found oil painting. It's the 1st painting I have ever done and I wanted to share it with you guys. Ok! Thanks for explaining. Really like it, got the concept so that worked out as well.. Can we expect more in the future or was this a one time experiment?
Hopefully you had fun doing it!

Quick question about these prints... Are they Red and Black on White, Gold (Yellow) and Black on White, Silver (Grey) and Black on White... or are the white areas actually an off-white cream colour? The Red and the Gold one sometimes look like that are on this cream colour, but the Silver one always seems to be solid white. Some of the photos look like the white areas are almost a cream colour but these photos look like solid white... or just white paper. Thanks, Psycho666

...yes you're right, the red and gold are on cream paper like the standard Shep prints, the silver is on white
Didn't actually know the silver was on different paper until it arrived, was a bit bothered it would make the set look odd but it doesn't really bother me now

Thanks for clearing that up! It was a bit odd seeing all the pictures and some looked white and others looked off-white. Lovely set. Hope to get my hands on one as some point. Psycho666

Out from under the bed2 months ago, off to the framers a month ago, and picked up today ;D Wanted a little different from other frames I have seen this print in...Really, really happy with how this turned out. Went with Conservation non-reflective glass to make the most of the sheen on the print. What you think?
