With the amount of new Banksy Street pieces appearing at the minute the next print could be something completely new

No love for the 'Ikea Punk'?. My favorite Banksy street piece for ages. yeah, have to agree with you there Slammer, really like this image/ idea and think it would translate into a print really well. I wholeheartedly agree, but also the recent Peace and Love check-up is a new favorite of mine, I love both of these pieces for their playfulness and imagery of the stencils interacting with the Graffiti text. If Either one were made into a print it would make my day.

Yeah, Id like that one. Or the security guard with the balloon dog.
Heck, I'd even buy the rat with the glitter glasses.....they all look great except maybe air-strike or this'll look good framed.

I'd go to great heights for a tightrope rat on my wall, love the playfulness of it. I love how Banksy has been playing with the environment around his pieces lately. The tightrope rat's chain being in front of the wall, the bird in the tree with the real tree behind it, great stuff!! Really hope some of these San Francisco pieces last long enough for me to get to see them in August.

Could Banksy's next print be a little different than we might expect?
I just wonder that the American's like things a little bit different than here in the UK, so Banksy might aim a piece more for that market due to the film.
What do you think?

I agree I think the UK Dvd release will be followed by a print release and will be from the work shown at the Bristol show, maybe the Riot Police playing in the meadow : The Hills are Alive would be a good name.
A book is the obvious move : prehaps with the world wide Dvd. It would be cool if they showed all the recent street work to publicise the film in the extra such as Sunday Times Monkey with Chopper Board Sundance Street Stuff etc Adventures on the road Bristol set up
Obey May Day
Mr Brainwash : Icons
But I've a feeling new Banksy prints are in the hands of the "special" people already

How long has it been now since Banksy released a print? seems like a long time Is this the longest gap between Banksy prints? Has the next print been put off due to the delayed release of the "Exit Through The Gift Shop" DVD maybe?

This one does it for me... it surprises me sometimes that some people that collect banksy prints, do not understand the print themselves. how would this be a screenprint?
