They were taken away tonight- a lot of easy targets for would be scallys! Beered up soft arty types doing the east london rounds! Wish I was out with my hoody and cosh !

Fairly sure that POW Skull design was done by Paul Insect, not Banksy.

The skull print: This design was done by Ben Eine. Flimsy paper - yes. Thick ink - yes. Looks good - yes.

as I mentioned before I am no expert and can only go from what the Staff told me. Several people have had a go and they told me this was Banksys attempt. I don't particularly like it and its too big for my portfolio, so I have agreed to give mine to a friend. Artists mentioned by staff tonight as having a go at the image, include Paul Insect, Ben Eine, Banksy and most recently Antony Lister and probably even more. it also wouldn't be the first time they gave away free banksy screen prints. At the Chistmas do at POW (VLH time) they were screen printing banksys amongst others then. not too many got their hands on those either. I think there were 2 Banksys then the Highwayman and first against the wall. I wasn't overwelmed by the Paul Insect stuff and popped down to BRP. As usual there was some good stuff on show. in Particular the Huge 'f**king Swoon' was wicked. Bumped into David Walker doing a cracking street piece. that man has some talent.

I would say a must have for any Paul Insect fan. I like the idea more than the contents but if I had bagged one I would be pretty happy I reckon.
Great price for the edition size and the amount of stuff. Nice!

Managed to pick up one of those "Banksy" screens when they were part of the window display, so mine is between Pink and purple (gradient shifts down the print)... If anyone else who's got one can give advice on framing then that would be great!
I'd love one of those Insect portfolio's, and the content is definetly growing on me!

Quality evening down at POW... couldn't afford the full shebang but they were selling the two zines separately so got them. The 'Beat the Devils' 8 page, 3 colour zine was £10 and 'I'm Revolting' 64 page, full colour zine was £20 I think (or maybe the other way round!). I really liked the Insect 'Crack' bottle top print, was told it isn't going to be for sale on its own so got a couple of the huge stickers instead. Classic 'British' moment occurred when someone was told the rack of POW logo screen prints by the door were free, three or four of us were standing by them not prepared to be the first to grab one (you know, just in case we'd miss heard and would get rugby tackled to the ground for touching them). Safe to say someone went for it, didn't get chucked out, so the feeding frenzy began And to cap of a great evening I realised it was the famous Dora I'd talked to about the 'Crack' print, lovely lady.
