Sounds good! i too wish i were there Fragile as gutted here at moment, bloody dog has this morning decided to completely destroy Nigel my Teddy Bear including his bloody monocle! from my childhood, beyond salvage im afraid.

My mate asked me to go for a jog this morning (!) I turned him down, turns out I should have gone, this is on the sea front (side of a hotel opposite the Theatre)  Some photographer from the local crappy rag was down there, having been tipped off its the man. It is now covered up, with a sign saying Banksy unveiling coming soon (with a date will go and take a pic of sign on morning) What do you think? I'm 50/50 on it. But hopeful. |

If i were to guess i would say that Blokey is acting on behalf of someone who is telling him where the new Banksys are cropping up, they are telling him to protect said Banksys while they enter negotiations with the real owners of the buildings about the removal and acquisition of the works, thats what i would guess at. Something smells of fish and it aint me.
Now then....... if indeed this is the case and matey came on here today just to issue a smokescreen to keep people quiet while plans were in progress, i wonder which sort of body or Gallery could be behind this?....

What was the name of that website setup by Banksy where building owners could get their walls put on a list for spaces available for artists to paint? Just wondering if these new Banksy pieces were done on walls from that list? Meaning the owners wanted an Artists to do a piece there |
