I Popped into greek street on Wed evening to ask about the print and although very nice to chat to, they would not show me the image, now I know why. That is (and I mean really is) the worst Faile print I have yet to see I have the book already from paper monster and had a quick check on the print history, nothing beats this one for poor attempt. I would be interested to hear from anyone who made a purchase of this fella as to its merits.

Mind you Im only going on jusdeep's photo, I will have a look at it in person tomorrow, I will take my camera and report back to the forum with a more honest view., sometimes these things are better seen in the flesh. Night night all (Oi! Silky last time I was on here I was 3star now I'm back down to 1star, you owe me 2 and I want them back)

I actually like that print, really reminds me of old 70s 80s xeroxed punk rock show posters. But then again it doesn't feel like a proper work. If it were a big cheap edition might buy it, but at 1500 it would be near the bottom of my want list for Faile.

The woman in the shop said some elements of the print come from some work they did about 7 years ago but never released, and something about it (the address or club name??) holds special significance to Faile themselves.

Book looks wicked - great to get a bit of history in there too. How the heck did Silky get a mention in the acknowledgements though?

Apols. if i appear to have gone off on one last night with my above posts re the print, put it down to tiredness, however i still think the print is poor and way overpriced.

Have to agree Wiz. Print looked poor to me and I didn't even give it a second look. To be fair though the stencil and boxes were great and probably fairly priced.

The books look fantastic!
How about the other prints with older images? Were they from the original editions or 1/1's?

Artist edition of the books look ace... Thanks Jusdeep.
They've employed such a great selection of their more iconic images, I fully expect that the 5th version from Gestalten will be much the same. My guess is another version of the Faile Dog, Challenger or Vanity print.
I thought there was a box for these too?
