Greetings, We are pleased to announce the immediate release of a studio edition of the new Faile book Prints + Originals: 1999 - 2009 via the Paper Monster site. The book chronicles the duo's first decade of works on paper. Produced by Gestalten, the 224-page, full-color, hardcover book was released internationally this week. Paper Monster was lucky enough to get our hands on this special studio edition, which is signed, stamped, and embossed by the guys from Faile. On a side note, we hear a limited artist's edition of 250 featuring 5 unique hand-screened covers will be available on the Faile website mid-September. In addition to the book release, Mike Perry has a handful of new pieces up on the site tomorrow including a new print and a series of mono prints to check out. Bagged one myself. I'd love the numbered edition though as well, but I wanted to guarantee myself at least some of the Faile goodness.

Where did you pickup the signed kaws book? anyone know the edition size of the studio release? scooped one up none the less Its 200, I pre ordered a signed kaws book recently that was cheaper than this... need to decide what to do ! |

Ordered one from PM. (it's only $25 more for a stamp, signature, & embossing!) Just do it Sky! You will regret not getting the studio edition. |

this is a signed edition for the regular retail price - you can't complain about that - I assume the book is so expensive because it is big, full of illustrations and high quality - Gestalten doesn't release crappy books

the singed one might be unlimited like the sherard fairey books on his site - if it would be an edition they would say it (I'm aware it's called editon ...)

got one. are we UK peeps likely to have to pay tax on this too when it gets to customs? Oh Papermonster, is there anything you can write on the outside of the package to lessen this cost to us?? |
