the new work reminds me of very early BAST from about 1999 or even earlier. The arrows, tear drops or eye imagery are repeated here but in a different way from the early days. I will look at all my BAST photo's and hopefully you will see. Best items for me are musky and whipstick.

Apparently there is a print release at tonights preview. I would love it be the 'Merc' piece. Sadly no funds tho.

No hand finishing on the print. Maybe the only Bast print to have no hand finishing? (Or no clever/nice print technique?)
POW print is a bigger edition, for about the same money, but far, far nicer.

Have to agree, was never a big fan before seeing the show, but seeing it close up is highly recommended; took me two seconds to decide on the print.. 12 screens I believe!

WOW! the show looks amazing! love some of those pics, the Musk looks out of this world. Also love the print, I think it looks great its just a shame its not hand finished.
Did anyone buy one tonight?

Wow, great photos Jusdeep! The art looks 10 times as good on the actual photos than they did in the pdf. Print looks great too.

nice one on the photos jusdeep. Recommend to get down, it's an awesome show. He's firmly positioned himself as the lovechild of BASquiaT, Haring and Warhol IMO! Great stuff. And get a print while you can, if you still can, it was approaching the 40's when i got mine! 11 colour print - £250

one of the best shows i seen this year, such a good feel to the work and the new stuff is bold, brave and it works. the print is awesome and a steal. think they are going online today, some where reserved for online only, its 11 colours and shimmering teeth ! madness!

I think there will be 10 or so prints available on line. Just looked at mine at it looks great - has metallic ink. The little originals were £500 which will look great framed.

Managed to get along, fantastic show... loved the landscape black and white canvas and the PanAm wall sculpture. The print was quality and a bargain imo.
