the building with the tower ontop is completely boarded up and belongs to tfl. there is no way they could get in there, plus i hear the inside is gutted of everything. crazy spiderman skills its called traversing rooftops. |

I'm looking forward to seeing them all framed, and up in your living room... or slowly traded or flipped for other stuff?  Etched bought six too I think when it comes to selling any piece of art I own I'll make sure I come up with a "story" so I don't look like I'm flipping for profit ;D i was only fishing so i didnt buy any as im not from london.......im from peckingham ..... i think spenie bought twelve |

i saw the prints when i was at pow this week, i thought they were ok but not that exciting. easy pass for me...
they had at least 2 banksy girl with balloon prints on their tables and a template with the contours of the girl/balloon. i didnt ask them but i was wondering what they were doing, authentication?

Lets be honest, that red brick one is straight awful. These leave me feeling very flat. The embossment is nice, but it's a gimmicky. |

Some serious critiquing from the art cognescenti.....we should all sit up and take notice. These are £140 so hardly expensive in real terms and I'd imagine the majority will sit on the walls of kids bedrooms or khazis rather than in Brian Sewell's hallway.....
I'd agree with threenine to an extent, the embossment is nice and the image by its very nature is a little gimmicky (but fun) but not awful..we don't often get commentary like that.

Oh well, the red ones sold out anyway. Had a red one in my basket yesterday afternoon and again this afternoon one came up. So, I had opportunities, but decided against. |
