UPDATE I'm just finalizing the Award design this week, and will be putting in the order to the manufacturers as soon as I can after that I will see if its possible for me to be able to video them being cut at the factory  will be interesting to see how its all done. I will keep you all posted

UPDATE The company are just ordering in the metal needed to make the awards, and are gonna allow me to film them being cut  Cant wait! should be interesting.

I have made a video of them being cut by the Waterjet machine, but Im having trouble loading it up at the moment

I like them looking good,, Thanks!  I just need to take off a few of the sharp edges, and give them a good clean. Its surprising how heavy they are  Good chunky lumps of metal.

Nice. I imagine the winning artists/gallery could also use them as a desk tidy to hold flyers, stickers, business cards...

Nice. I imagine the winning artists/gallery could also use them as a desk tidy to hold flyers, stickers, business cards... Paper weight, book end, door stop

have you kept this massive stencil to mess around town ;D Nah  I guess all those bits get recycled, plus it was very heavy  The original piece of metal must have been about a 100cm long and 2cm think, so it was a pretty big chunk of Ali

Something I had been thinking about was getting them all anodized a colour  Might be something I will look at for next year if the budget allows. Maybe a different colour for each year?
