When the dust settles there'll probably be a few available... I'll wait and see... I think this could be quite a popular one as it goes back to his classic style. Although I'm sure we will see a few "my girlfriend doesn't like it so I'm selling" threads.

So why not buy a piece and decide to sell it?

After an hour of f5ing, finally got one. If these start going for less than face, will be gutted.
Is MFM still doing his offer? Gpt to be a black box frame hasn't it?

When an item is added to the Laz cart, you have 60 minutes before it expires. Even if the cart is manually cleared before the 60 minutes is up, other potential buyers still have to wait for the original 60 minutes to be up before that print is put back into the mix.
Patience.

Loads of people won't pull the trigger on these especially given the risk of making a loss.

Let's hope that most of them end up on the wall then.....

The cream will always rise to the top in the end and Micallef is pure talent.
All the price problems have made his work more accessible to us now and these will look great framed.
I think people will be able to make this really luxurious and I hope that too many aren't put in boring box frames. This really needs something a little bit elegant.

Two of the best artists around imo.
Both prints are stunning. Congrats to all that have got one.

Had one in my basket for a while. Kept looking at the image to try and make my mind up, then my wife takes a look and says 'yuck! what's that?' I promptly emptied my basket.

Next time. At the size it is you wouldn't even be able to sneak it in. I think my missus is one of few who loves Micallef's stuff and has already started eyeing my pieces up to become her pieces!

amazed these are still available, considering the image, the edition size and the cost it seems good value, considering we've edition sizes of 50 sold for upwards of 2k from source. And then there'e the impure idols set...edition size/price of those 'interesting' images..

My girl loves Choe and Micallef, and not much else. She doesnt quite care for this piece and explicitly told me not to buy it when I had it carted, but I did anyway (unbeknownst to her). ;D

Went to the show at LAzarides last night. The Micallef print looks great in person, everyone should grab one. His originals are stunning in person and were selling at a fast pace.

Hopefully bagged a Micallef, had a confirmation, but never purchased from Laz so not sure how the system works.... if you got an email confirming the purchase then yes you've purchased if you're waiting for a knock at the door, a reassuring arm round your shoulder and a calming voice to say 'yes we've received your order and you will receive your print shortly' then carry on worrying about the 'system'
